Detroit was once rumored to have great Ultimate players. Some say they all left. Others think they are just laying dormant, waiting for the right opportunity. Beyond the later, we believe they are yet to be discovered.
Through our partnership with the Detroit Mechanix and the American Ultimate Disc League, it is time to find out. Any Ultimate player may participate, whether you are a Michigan native or just passing through. Meet new friends, stay and play; master your game in a whole new system of pick-up games, drills, and tutorials. Assist in spreading the vision of sportsmanship through Ultimate, and help your community in the process. Maybe, just maybe, you may even develop your skills to the point where you can Challenge the Machine…and become a member of the Detroit Mechanix. |
